For restorations and unrestored original bikes, we'll always suggest fitting genuine Amal carbs to maintain the value and originality, but, as the price of Genuine Amal carbs rises with each restock, we also want to offer appropriate alternatives for those on a tighter budget. These Wassell Evolution 30mm carbs are mechanically the same as Amal Premier carbs at about half the price. A fantastic value for bikes that are ridden but don't need to be 100 point concourse correct. Featuring CNC billet alloy slides with ahard anodised coating for greater wear resistance and smoother operation, removable pilot jets for easy servicing and tuning of the idle circuit, fully adjustable ethanol resistant 'stay up' floats, viton tipped brass float needles, and a passivated corrosion and fuel stain resistant finish. Supplied with #3 slides, R17 (equivalent to original #25) pilot jet, 200 mains and 106 needle jets. Only need 1 for a single carb application? Call or message us!
